So how can I go about getting the correct drive for the unit? That was the drive inside the console.

are you sure that the drive was spoofed in the console

if you have a copy of the OFW dump
just load that in jungle flasher and it will tell you what drive its from

Hello CoFree, I checked the OFW that I have and it says the same drive I got, please note that the OFW I obtained was after someone else had flashed the drive for my friend. Don't know if that matters and will give me the original info or the updated info. I am still un-able to play the backups of XDG3 games giving me "please clean disc with soft cloth"..

the only things to check are
that the console is running 13599 dash
and that the backup was dumped with xbc with one of these dae.bin files in the xbc folder

Yeah I did back it up using xbc with the dae.bin on it and nothing. Quick question which one should I have used for the dae.bin file? DAE13599.bin or the dae.bin file?

they are both the same
we just found 2 different releases and want to make sure we had the right one.
they both work
i personally i use the dae.bin file
but the dae13599.bin should work also.

ok thanks you, CoFree. You notice of the new drive been found on a New XBox slim that I purchased yesterday at Best Buy? I took pictures of the drive inside and did team viewer to try to detect it with a member from team jungle. I will be sending the unit later today to Italy for further testing.
