Forenza 4 popped up on title screen..wtf

So just tonight I worked on a benQ that I had sitting around, returned it to ofw, updated, reflashed to CFW 2.0 and all looked well so I went for it. Popped in a ripped game...soma-ma-bitch. Unknowingly to me the console was set to auto play and I noticed that "Forenza 4" popped up as the title and it loaded the game. Needless to say Forenza 4 was NOT the game I had inserted!
I quickly uplugged my lan and backed out of the xbox title screen it took me to....now I get the ol' "play dvd" signage when I insert a game. I assume this console is probably flagged for a ban. Yarg! Did I misread the whole "Forenza shouldn't be loaded" thread? I thought it was just speaking about that game specifically being a problem. Well either way it wouldn't have mattered since I had the console set to autoplay anyhow....that was a mistake.
