Robin Hoods Playground

Please help i need putting on the right path for running backup manager on my ps3!!! Simples i here you say..... There is so many ways to achieve this as i have noticed but whats the best and simplest way. I have read that i need to downgrade my ps3 from 3.66 to 3.55 so that i can run cfw on it, is this right?

I have found a hex editor Minimus 32 AVR USB Development Board is this a good one and easy to use or is there better ones?

I've used the blackcat dev board in the past but now I'm looking at the E3 Flasher. It's pretty amazing and is designed for the slims.

I have looked at the E3 Flasher you have to strip the ps3 down totally, i was looking for an easier option as well it is expensive!!!!

I don't know that there is an easier option. Taking the PS3 apart isn't all that difficult. The only thing I don't like about the E3 is putting the HDD on the outside. Yes it is a little expensive but for what you get and how effective it is, it's hard to disagree with the price

You are right all the way but now they are saying it does not dual boot ???? quot me if i am wrong!!!!

I've not seen anything as of yet that says it doesn't. Where did you see that? I only run the CFW. I've never tried dual booting.

Dual boot.... Boot from 3.55 CFW to 3.71 org and back again!!!!

So it can be done. Cool!
