HELP! JF locking up at writing bank0. Need a DOS flash guid

Hello all,
This site has always been a great help. I recently switched to a SSD and now when using JF to flash, jf locks up at writing bank 0.
This happened to two drives a liteon and a benq. My OS is windows XP I;ve been told that this the issue.
I have the keys from JF I would like to try and use DOS flash to write, but I can't seem to find a good guide. Can anyone please point me in right direction
