Hi Guys,

Just a quick question, how do I update my banned consoles dashboard.

I have played some of the latest games i.e. Battlefield 3, MW3, Dead Island etc, all of these ran an update but not to the latest dashboard.

My sons whos is not flashed and goes online has updated the dashboard and look completely different to mine.

Can i download this, burn it to disk to install it ???

yes
you need to update the dash by usb or disc
have a read over this thread

And you should flash back to stock before applying, then do the dash update.
