3d animation

How can I create a 3d animation for the human body? I've wanted to utilize a 3d animation program for a few years now. I'm interested in a software that can strip layers of tissue to reveal deep structures, control areas of free & restricted movement, rotate, respond to density (gravity/weight) and be able to linearly connect specific points on the body- with a text link for each point. Any suggestions for a software program? Also suggestions of professionals who could assist in this project?
