Bluray movies without burning to a disk

How do I watch Bluray movies without burning to a disk using an xbox 360? I have a few Bluray films on my laptop that I've downloaded, but my laptop isn't capable of burning to Bluray disks. Is it possible to stream a high definition movie from my laptop to my Xbox 360 to be played through my TV. Obviously the TV is HD ready, but whenever I try to stream it it tells me that the file type is not compatible or something. Thanks in advance.
