I don't know where the 641 and 642 came from in the name of those files. LT-Benq-0800-v3.bin and LT-liteon-0800-v3.bin are the names of the newest files used to make backup copies of your original discs.
The 0800 files get flashed to your liteon or benq drive, and that drive is installed in your computer to rip your discs.
If you are looking for the latest firmware to play your backup copies in your 360, we need some more information from you. Specifically, are you at the latest dashboard revision?
