Hello,

I was given the idea of removing my DVD drive cover, and I like that idea My question is how what do I use to hold the part that spins the disc? I saw this pic but I do not think I would be able to find just that part. Has anyone seen a clear case for the benq? I have look but have not seen any.

what they have done is take the magnet out of there orig dvd drive top cover(the Grey thing in the middle) and put it in the clear cross brace.when a disc goes in the 2 magnets hold together and the disc will spin.(there is a magnet on the spin motor)

i dont know where you could get one of those.i have one on my v28 dvd drive.

How did you get the original magnet disc to stay put in the new cross brace?

i have a clear xbox 360 case that came with a ben-q cover. the cover worked for a while but then started to cut into my games so i put the drive back into its original case.

You would have to really see one to see how it works, but it's pretty simple, there is a recess hole with a thin plastic lip in the cross bar that holds the spinner magnet. There is a clear plastic cap that goes on top of that. Thats what holds it all together. It mostly works by magnetism though.

What is the best quality DVD rip to get maximum quality? We come across various DVD rips of varying sizes from 700 MB to 2 GB, but which type of DVD rip is best? Apart from DVD5 and DVD9 which one of size less than 4 GB is best? I heard a lot about AC3 6 Channels what is this thing? I need to get good quality of sound on my home theater so which type of thing should I look out for?
