Hey All,

I had a hitachi 59 in a box which rrod, naturally. I just got a new arcade 360 with a benq. I do not play online, and I want to avoid having to stealh-patch my games. My hitachi has OPA 2.3 fw. Can I-

1) Simply place the benq key in the already-flashed 59 and play my non-stealth games

or do I have to...

2) Use 'benq ixtreme v1.1 multispeed' on the benq in order to avoid having to stealth-patch.

Thanks in advance.

--I was also reading up at xbins and found this, does v1.1 boot non-stealth--

I think you can.Wait and see if Sadalius sees this post he know more about spoofing than I.

I would just flash the non-stealth firmware into the benq and you should be good to go.

Yeah, you can use your hitachi in your new 360. Pretty simple really. All you need is a dump from your hitachi and a dump from your Benq. Use 360 firmware toolbox to open the Benq dump and copy the key. Then open your hacked hitachi firmware and paste the key in. Then click tools and Spoof Firmware. Choose Benq VAD6038 ROM 62430C from the list and click Apply Spoof. Differential flash the hitachi with your new firmware and your good to go.
