i got a image of a game

but when i do the ss check on xbox backup creator and then open this ss file in kreon checker i get a bad rip

However it passes all the stealth checks

Can someone please guide me on how to fix this problem ?

You just have to re-rip the game until you get it to pass the kreon rip test program. Sometimes that can take a few times to get it if its giving you problems.

I had problems with it if the game has some scuffs on it or any kind of haze

Also make sure that any dvd/cd ripping software is not running in the background. Those things can interfere with proper reads.
