game back up bad keron error

hi guys i have just tried to back up a copy of beijing olimpics and done it the correct way with XBC, I tested the image in xbc it all passed and then in dvd mulleter it all passed but when i extracted the ss and checked it in keron checker it reads bad keron rip any ideas chaps i am at present trying to read it again but still have bad image on system any ways to fix this because would be bad to play a game with bad keron rip hey ??? any help greatly recieved i haver cleaned the disc too seems spotless now

well man
the big guys say it dont mater if it has a bad ss rip in the checker as long as you are running the lastest ixtreme firmware for your drive.
I and most of the guys here will do just like you are doing and dump it again till you get a iso the has a good ss in the checker.
just trash ever thing.the iso and the dvd file and dump again

i have had to dump a game 6 times before i got a good one.
that was the worst case so far.

guess how i got around that bad kreon rip i put disc in and just ripped the .ss sector of the dics yeah and tested that it kept comming up bad rip but then as if by majic the ss was a good rip so then i just inserted it back into my image and it works fine everytime now how cool is that saves 2 and a half hours waiting about hey dude lol kindest regards stu pot

it will dump ever game.
i think 1 out of a 100 will show a bad ssdump with a sh-d162c drive or one like it.
if you are using the 0800 firmware on a samsung or benq it will give a bad ss dump 1out of a 1000,but it still happens.
ive never tried to dump just the ss and then fix the iso with just the good ss.
i dont see where it would be a problem and should work.

it is a bug in the firmware.
the ss reports a number between 0-359. the bug is that sometimes it will report a the number 360 which cant be the 0 should be the report for a 360 number.
so when you check the ss and it listed the ss a a 360 it will show up as bad.
and yes
there ways a ban wave on live on this ss bug.M$ could see the 360 number and ban a console that was showing it.

all the latest ixtreme firmware have a built in fix to stop the console for reporting the 360.it should report a number between the 0-359.

that being said.
i still trash everything if i get a bad dump on the ss and dump the whole iso again untill i get a good dump.

the stealth check in those programs just checks to see if there is a ss in the iso.
yes even a bad one would still play.
you couls put the ss for rainbox in the halo iso.it would pass the stealth chech ,but would get you banned.

the ss checker,checks the ss itself to make sure it a good ss dump.

there is a little more to it,but that is the idea of it.

I've only had one "Bad Kreon Rip" ss file problem...a re-dump fixed it. I was so used to always getting the "Good Kreon Rip" message that I almost missed it when it said "Bad"!

yea i'd think 99% or more of games dumped with 0800 would all be "good" in kreon checker.

i checked a few of my iso's an they were good.

oh well i don't go on live with this box an i probably never will, but yea thanks for the heads up guys as i never used this kreon checker before now. lol

I've been getting bad kreon msg on ALL of my rips since SP3 went in. I tried a game 15 times before i thought of just doing the SS, so i have to redo just the SS.bin & then check all have shown as good on first attempt so i just inject it back to the image.

SP3 has had some issues on friends systems with other 360 & Wii programs, this is the only one i have (still a real pain tho).

I haven't had any probs with SP3 either. But yeah, it would be good tracking issues like this.
