Nintendo Plans New DS

Nintendo is planning a new DS, aimed at the portable entertainment market, with an added focus on functionality such as camera and MP3 player.
According to a Sunday report in Japan's Nikkei Net (subscription required) the new machine will offer improved wireless capabilities. It will cost around 20,000 yen ($188), which is around $20 more than the current version's price.
According to Nikkei, "Nintendo plans to offer several hundred thousand units in Japan before considering overseas sales."
Nintendo is planning to hold a press conference later this week, when, no doubt, more information will be released.
