hi
is there a connector kit to fit pc power supply to the xbox drive? instead of using 360 power source?

Yes. There are three different kinds. Two made by team Xecuter a kit called Connectivity Kit v1 and a Connectivity Kit V2, the difference is that with the V2 kit, it has an on/off switch to be able to turn the drive on or off as needed for such things as the 10 second trick with samsungs or with Benq drives. Both have a mode b switch for older hitachi's, but with the 78 and 79 hitachi's, you still need to use the Slax CD for mode b. Also 79 drives require a passkey to be solder on to be able to flash those drives. They also have an eject switch as well.
Then there is the Xeno connectivity kit. It's basically the same thing as the Xecuter V1 kit. It has mode b switch and the eject switch as well.
