IVC from xboxhacker.net just confirmed that he was able to downgrade to the 1888 dash after installing the fall 07 update. Man, I can smell homebrew cooking!! It's still yet to be seen if there is some sort of time bomb waiting to go off on those with flashed drives or not though. All the reports that I've read have been positive though so let's keep our fingers crossed!!!

All I want from homebrew is a BIG ass harddrive and a way to dump all my games to it so my kids don't mess up all my $2.00 back ups! lol

I've yet to update causing i was hoping that it will help with the homebrew thingy,. so its safe to update to lastest version?

Well, I updated last night and I'm not banned yet. Still could happen though. MS could just be waiting for Christmas or something....
