New dash

Is it safe-ish to install the new dash/ desktop thing on the xbox 360?
I've had a look but cant find any information about using it with iXtreme firmware.

yea man its safe
i flashed my 360 2 weeks ago with the new dash and haven't had any problems
i play on live a lot and haven't experienced any problems
