Trouble playing backup on lite-on

I am having trouble with many of my backups play on both my lite-on consoles
The backups play good on all other consoles i have(2 v28,v46,v78,v59 and 2 benq)
I just want to get a thread started on this and see if any one else is having trouble.
Games that will NOT play
mirrors edge
destroy all humans
Games that WILL play
Halo 3
Gears of war 2
Fracture
Now Im thinking the lite-on dvd drive is going to be very picky at best.
well guys ill be spoofing in v28 dvd drive in my lite-on console just to see what happens.
If the lite-on are going to be this picky ill replace every damn lite-on i get.

I'm not having any trouble with backups on mine man. Everything I've stuck in it plays perfect.

im burning some new backup of some of the games im having trouble with.
before i start trashing these lite-on drives.

yeah this is weird if only cofree has problems with the drives ?
something must be wrong one way or another.
i hope the lite on's aren't bad at reading games.

This is the first I've heard of lite-on's not efficiently reading backups. From most accounts I was under the impression that the lite-on was the least picky in terms of media used for backups.

well i have found 3 now my brother-in-laws console lite-on had trouble reading mirror edge also
hell maybe its just the game.
this is a new lite-on just flash.

Which backups are giving the trouble man. I know you said mirror's edge, but I don't have that game to try.

i have made 3 backups of mirror edge from one dump
none of them play on any of the lite-on drives i have
im going to dump again and see if that iso does the same.

i haven't really seen probs other than here i don't think.

Mine plays fine in both my benq and my lite-on's. I am guessing a bad rip maybe.

The rips CoFree is having trouble with work fine with other drives like benq and samsungs. He just can't get his lite-ons to read them.
I've not had any trouble out of lite-on's myself though.
