Does anyone know if the firmware is out so i can do my 360 with the phillips drive and mfg date of 12/08 is so please help me, i purchased the everthing4360 site and want to know if i'll be able to do my drive now.

Yes. The ixtreme firmware is out for the lite-on drives. The version is 1.5. Look through the tutorials section for more information on what you need and how to do it. It is also available for all other drives except for hitachi at the moment.
