Using iprep v008.6beta with a floppy requires some special commands due to issuficient disc space.
Since this beta requires you to load all the firmware when creating your boot disc you must then enter the a:\CFW directory and delete the the firmware.bin files that you will not be using for your current 360 drive brand you happen to be flashing.
If you happen to be flashing a benq you would delete the sam-cfw.bin and the liteon-cfw.bin(not sure on the name for that one, might be different)
You then boot from the disc and do the read firmware steps,
After you get "all four banks" (love when cofree says it in his tutorial videos)
and firmtool builds your new iXtreme1.5 firmware (Thanks TEAM JUNGLE)
run fben.bat
ignore the error "issuficient disc space" but just do as I say and it will work.
when it asks for the hacked firmware file type this
a:\backups\serial\number\ben-cfw.bin
where "serial\number" is your..... personalized digits
thanks for making a new iprep Klutsh! can we see some better floppy support in the final?

Re: iprep 101 v008.6 beta problems using 3,5" floppy
Are the floppy issues (above) sorted out in the new , New Iprep v008.8 ( Final )
Thanks
Thanks
Re: iprep 101 v008.6 beta problems using 3,5" floppy
the new 8.8 should be fine you only have to load the one firmware that you want to use.
and
it will all fit on a floppy disc.
keep in mind it taks much longer to do the dump/flash on a floppy disc.
