Robin Hoods Playground

hi guys - sorry to be complete novice, but there has to be some in the world ..lol, anyway....was flashing my liteon drive via jungleflasher...however the pc froze...trying to follow the vid tut thats on here regarding what to do to make a bootable flash drive....i can uinderstand what the guy is saying, but cant follow whats happening on the screen....can some nice person just simply write some instructions for me..then i can relate them to the video..regards
