just wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone and thankss to cofree..! I thought my liteon was total dead after erasing with jungleflasher
!! watched your video fix it and it runs backups perfectly now

Good deal man. The VIA's are giving lots of people headaches with the lite-on drives right now, but glad you got it!!

I take the key in
windows "via jungle flasher"
build the hacked firmware "via jungle flasher" & name it : litcfw.bin & transfer it to iprep flash drive
then erase & flash with iprep v8.8 i(under dosflash steam) in
DOS
(the reason I do this is because dosflash/iprep fails to grab the key in dos enviroment on the com port! )
no problems - just a combination of solutions

yer - it will work for me if I force my system .. as soon as I have alittle spare time I will figure out the issue
Got a spare lit to test with so it's all good
i'm flashing away with my own system so i'm happy - I just like to check the alternative methods so I can help others 2
