BIG THANKS TO cofree and sadalius for the constant tips and everyone else on this mighty fine website
just a quick question
what exactly is/purpose of geramiah unlock, magic 28 unlock and does this effect the drive in a negative way?

the unlocks are was to get the dvd drive in debug mode so the flash can be erased and a new flash put in the drive.

Format your usb like usual by using iprep then make an msdos startup floppy which you can boot from. After it has booted into dos from the floppy and you have the A:\ prompt type B:\ (or whatever letter has been assigned to your usb stick.) When the prompt changes to B:\ type "dir" without the quotes to make sure that the files are correct then you can use the standard iprep commands from your usb and the files will be saved to the usb pen.trance wrote:sorry but my pc bios wont boot rom usbYou can't try use a USB Flash drive?
Edit: sorry i didn't see the second page. oops. glad you got it sorted.
