Bricked Samsung Drive *HELP!*

So I used Iprep 008.6 and made a copy of the original Firmware.. Didn't notice or check the Key before flashing with the hacked one.. (Yeah.. I know, I know but I did it..) So I flashed the hacked one, it took.. I plugged it into the drive 360 popped in a real Xbox 360 disc and got the white DVD video "Put this disk into a Xbox 360 to use it." Needless to say if you can't play a normal 360 disc a "backup" disc will not remotely play..
So I've trashed the drive's FW.. I go to push back in the original FW to start over, I also check the key and get invalid key errors. The original backup FW is trashed.
So the question is how to I fix this..
Thanks all! Feel free to label me n00b even though this is my 6th xbox flash.
OH! This is a replacement drive. I do have the original Hitachi (HL) drive's firmware and it's got a good key on it. I'm not really sure how to make this happen.
Thanks all.

You may be able to use maximus' toolbox. You can also download a blank firmware for the samsung if needed.
- start Toolbox
- Open a copy of your original firmware (always have a un-edited backup .bin)
- Now go to "Tools->Spoof Firmware",
- Choose the version as you want the fw report. Leave other options alone
- Please note that spoofing a drive as itself has the effect of UNSPOOFING it
- Click "APPLY SPOOF"
- Tools->Direct Drive Flash->Flash String ID (SPOOF DATA)
- Tools- smarthack patcher- Select the required ixtreme
- Now save the spoofed file to flash the firmware with iprep
- to flash the samsung dump the drive then open the "backup/xxxxxxx/xxxxx"
- replace the sam-cfw.bin file with your spoofed file and run "fsam" command

well if you flashed that many drives before you are not a noob
but
you should have known better
as long as you have the orig firmware from the console you should be fine.
you can do like dalecheesy said or you can do it with jungle and iprep
jungle:
open source firmware (the orig hit firmware)
open target firmware (the hacked samsung firmware)
spoof to target
name new firmware samcfw.bin
then build a iprep boot flash put a folder in that folder(name the first 7 of your ser number)
then make a folder in that folder (name it the last 5 of your ser)
put your samcfw.bin in there
and flash with iprep like normal.
in the back up folder

No not a n00b just need a kick in the ass for being stupid.
Thanks for the info Dalecheesy, I'll give it a try if CoFree's way fails me. The Jungle/Iprep seems a bit easier.
Any reason why not to use Iprep 008.8? I know that the newest versions have had problems in the past..
Thanks!

8.8 seems to be the best as there is no need to load all the firmwares in etc. The only problem i had with it was my motherboard doesn't support FAT32 booting but that was easily fixed.

It's working!
Had to run Jungle on an XP Machine, it didn't like Vista 32.. Other wise it went smoothly.
Thanks for all the help and the info on iprep 8.8
