Question about flashing BENQ drive.

Hi today i bought 360 Halo SE and i want to flash it.My X is with BENQ drive and my question is can i flas his firm with P5W DH DELUXE (my motherboard) or i need VIA 6420/6421 or just to search for motherboard with NForce 4 chipset and if i can't flash it with my board can i use M2N-MX to flash it cuz one friend has it.Thank you in advance for you futur response.

as far as i know man.it should work in a computer that has a pci slot
