Sorry if this sounds like a daft question but are you typing samofw.bin (with the letter o not the number zero) command as your post looks like sam0 (zero)

Boot back into windows and have a check to make sure the samofw.bin is in the backups/serial#/serial# folder.

well man stick with iprep 8.8

do you see firmtool run before it gives you that error.
when you look in the backup folder does it have a good firmware with a good key.

you may want to try a different flash drive

wait a sec guy
he was asking about a v25 samsung drive

Man
if you look in the backup folder there will be 2 files a "samofw.bin" and a "samcfw.bin"
thats all.
i would open then with jungle flasher just to look and make sure you have a good key.

as long as you do
save a copy of that backup folder in many places.
at least one place off your computer
email it to your self, burn it to a disc
something long term.

My heads full of Liteons at the minute. I'm seeing probes in my sleep (luckily not the alien abduction ones so theres something to be thankful for) :D Anywho as cofree said run it through jungle first as if its a bad dump you'll most likely be left with a dvd player.

Alien probing is never a good thing. reminds me of Destroy all Humans, LOL. But yeah, check those bin files for a proper key with either jungleflasher of firmware toolbox.

hahah thanks a lot guys... i FINALLY got to jungleflasher to see my drive.. BUT the settings on my windows is messed up. it doesn't show the "whole program" if you know what i mean. the submit buttons on the right side are cut off so i can't use them and the bottom window (the white progress window i guess) is cut off so i dont kno whats going on.. just my luck eh?

What video resolution are you using on your pc? Try changing it to 1024 x 768 or above as that should only be a problem if you're running in VGA mode or similar.
