What good games are coming out?

Just wondering what good games should we expect to see in the future? Im looking forward to GTA 4 and Resident Evil 5. Also will gran turismo 5 be out for 360?
I wish it was, I wouldn't have to buy a PS3 then....
So far, that's the only PS only game I'm interested in.
