OK i have a problem and i dont know if it is major or not or can someone fix it. When i try to eject the dvd drive it won't eject and the eject light keeps blinking and there is a game in there also and i cant even play it. PLEASE ANYONE HELP!! I m FREAKING OUT!!!!!!! Everything still boots up ok and what not and i can still sign on live. So do i need to buy a new Xbox 360? Anyone Please Help!!!!!

well man
i put your post in the right thread.

open up the console
take the dvd drive apart and get the game out.
then with the top off try to eject it
just look for something wrong in there.
the dvd drive could have just went out

OK i opened up the drive and got my game out but my drive is fried. Is there anyone on here that can replace my hitachi drive and i still have the backed up firmware for the drive?

This happened to me too trying to flash my lite on. I made my own connectivity kit and it work fine,i was powering the drive through my 360, i use the jungler flasher to get the key and the Via sata card. It took me few tries to get the key, but i did luckily. I went to erase my drive but in the part that you have turn the "power off and on in 1 sec" of the drive i couldnt make it. I was so desperated that i took the cable of the drive wich i connected apparently the wrong way because i saw a little smoke out of the drive and my xbox was marking the three red lights. I checked my drive it doesnt work either like yours, my 360 work.

Now, Do i need to buy another drive? Where can i get one? And i have the key wich program i need to use to spoof it in the other drive?

if so
then yes get a v28 from ebay
and you will use jungle to make your spoofed firmware then flash it in with iprep
you will need a via 6421 a or l card

that is what i would do.
fyi
the files im talking about is the dummy file
that is the most important one.
it can be done with just the three files but its not as live safe.

if you dont have your files then its game over for that console.
