keys dont match

flashing a lite on and extracted the dvd key, dummy file etc but when i open the target firmware the keys dont match up, have tried this twice now, whats wrong?
the key in your dummy file is your dvd drive key.
the key in the target firmware is a fake key.
when you hit the spoof to target it will put your key in there.
