I have a question is the Samsung the only drive that can read an Xbox360 game? or can someone recommend another drive that I could buy to read games.

So far. only samsung drives are the only ones that can read the games.

if you are wanting to backup games.
a sh-d162c firmware v81 or v100 dvd drive for you computer will backup the game.
but yes it a samsung drive for your computer
