Benq Flashing Problem

Hello I tried to upgrade my x360 from a 1.3 to a 1.4 iextreme fw. I got the erasing ok and then it went to writing bank 0 and telling me drive status not ok. Now when I try to flash it it isnt working, when I first boot the x360 it immediatly jumps to 0x73 (drive ready) instead of going to 0xd0/d1 and erases ok, after that I again get drive status not ok. I tried everything, leaving the x360 on after erase, and also shutting it down like the prompt says but it immediatly continues to writing even while its shut of so I start it again and same problem. I used iprep to try to flash and dosflash 16 1.4/1.3. Odd thing though sometimes when I do: dosflash w d000 1 a0 14 pathtofirmware 0 it just jumps back to command prompt like I entered in something wrong. When it said erasing ok the x360 is unusable right? Untill I managed to put back a flash.
Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm even thinking about buying a connectivity kit if that would solve it. Btw I have a VIA 8237 onboard and a VIA 6421 pci card. I'm using the pci card.

I tried this but the problem is I still dont get it working and get the same thing. As far as I know the restore is basically the same as the flash method no? And I cant manage to write a new flash due to bad drive status

It is responding however and I did flash the iextreme 1.3 with the same hardware? Also unfortunately it did erase the fw properly (E65 error code)

the the restore should work.
if it erased the firmware that was in it .there should not be any firmware there.
you should just have to do the restore.
you may not even see the d1 flashing at all.
that is part if the orig firmware that has to do the d1 flashing thing.

It should but it isnt... I get 0x5A code and it doesnt proceed to flashing. My xbox light is just flashing constantly like it is when the drive is open, is this because there is a fault with the drive or due to no fw on it. Since I had troubles opening and closing it before I tried to flash the iextreme 1.4 and now I'm wondering if the drive is not correctly closed and that it might be giving a bad command due to that?

Well the drive seemed to had a problem that it automatically opened after closing it etc. This is due to a bad tray mechanism from what I found out so even though the drive was closed it was still thinking it wasnt due to not being 'clicked' in to place.
Well I prepared the iprep 006 usb stick from the guides on these forums and prepared the restore stick the same way.
Shutted down the pc, unplugged all sata/ide devices, plugged in my x360 drive on my via 6421 sata card. Booted my pc from usb stick with the console turned off. Run the rben 9000113 73705 (and the other methods). Pressed yes to resend mtk flash, boot console and then it goes to 0x5A, wait some time and I tried to shut and restart console anyways but no luck. If you dont know anything what I could do could you point me out where in europe I could buy a replacement benq drive? And how to get that one working.

well i think you said you had the sata cable hook up when you powered up the computer .dont hook the sata up till you are booted in dos.hit y to resend mtk after that then hook up the sata.
then follow this guide.
