Apollonia v0.03 Released

The team sporting both the code and the tactics, aka Team Codetactics, have released what they’re calling a maintenance update for their homebrew Helicopter hit. Drop bombs, set off car alarms — it’s the all improved Apollonia for the PSP.
Apollonia v0.03 changes:
* Added some new buildings.
* Improved performance on PSP.
* Improved particle engine.
* Fixed renderer to support OpenGL versions less that 2.0.
* Fixed crash in control screen.
* Fixed error in paths to resources in Linux.
