360 samsung help with new 1.5

god it was a wile ago now i flashed my drive and i was never really that clued up on what i had, but i folowed clips on how to do it and i had sucsess, but i keep hereing about this new 1.5, id love to understand what this all meens but anyway i really want to know if i can upgrade, sorry about this but i think and only think it was 1.4 that i flashed my 360 with it was a samsung drive, i have downloded the xbins but it wont connect for some reason. i did have xp b4 and now am new to vista so im not sure if this makes a diffrece? but i suppose im asking if someone can point me to the tutorial on what i need to do, and why i cant connect to the xbins. if you need more info plaese ask,

well as of now xbins is up.
im on.
in vista you may need to run the programs
after right click and run as admin.
to upgrade your samsung to the new v1.51
you do it just like the first time.
you will use iprep v8.8
you have to update the def file in iprep.
read this on how to do that.
viewtopic.php?f=131&t=4198" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
then build your boot flash and dump
firmtoll will run
then flash
just like this video.

Vista is daft it wouldnt let me start i prep unless it was run as administrator go back to XP far better and easy
