What speed vertabrim (or something like that) should i get?
What speed because they come from 2.4- (ithink) 6 speed

You can get any speed as long as you burn them at 2.4 they're spot-on.

Really the speed depends on what dvd drive you have.. I use the 8x because they burn so much faster.. 10min vs 40min and I have never had a problem with them reading but I dont suggest you burn this way unless you have benq or liteon as the other drives seem to be alot more finicky.

I use a Pioneer 111d to do my burning at 4X on Verbatim 8X discs.
No problems so far on both of the 360's in my house (Hitatchi and Liteon).
I used to burn at 2.4x but that was waaay too slow.
