hey all i have a benq drive that is currently flash to the 1.5 firmware and now it seems that there is a new patched firmware 1.51 is it something i really have to patch up or is it the same basically...i also did try to patch it up but it does not seem to work for me on iprep...how can i do this....if anyone also know s how i can put my benq drive to its orignal firmware before i patched it can you please tell me how...thanks all

A lot of the new games are coming with the "NXE" on the disc and iXtreme 1.5 wont boot the game because it doesn't consider it a stealth game. If you want to continue to buy new games and play the latest and greatest then yes you must update. You do not need to flash the BenQ with the OFW you can go straight to the 1.51 with either iPrep or Jungle Flasher. I personally have used both with great success.

i use the jungle flasher right and now when it wrote it says that it failed?? and now when i play games and stuff i like lags its way slower then before...it reads a disc every like 15 sec then stop then continues???is this right?

when i check and read my xbox right then the source gives me the new patch 1.51 installed? so is this patch no good ?

when i write it write all bank but when it does the flash verification test it fails please help
so i put it back to the 1.50 and then it still fails but it still works and now im now lag problem ?

you put it back to v1.5
and
it work with out lag or does it still have it.

if its working then reflash it to v1.51 and try again.

ok i had reversed it back to 1.5 right now it still lags...actually it freeze after like 5 minutes on?? i even try reverting it back to 1.51 still freezes...now i have the red rings....omg...so now im trying to fix this red rings all i see is the 3 red rings but i hear nothing no fan or anything?

the rrod has nothing to do with a flashed dvd drive.

ok so do you know if i have this 3 red rings right am i suppose to hear the fans or something running cause i get is the 3 red rings lit up and nothing else...do you have any leads or could you guis me to the right direction to fix this problem if you have...
