Another 79fl Question

Someone told me on another site that there might be a 79 fw fix that wont need the passkey. Has anyone else heard this rumor, or have any information on it? I hear it just when im about to pay someone to put the darn passkey on my drive, now i want to wait and save some money lol. I know any info could just be hear say, but i would just like to know whats being said out there.

its just a rumor as far as i know.

Alot of people got excited when the last version of 360 Firmware Toolbox was released because of the posted change log had in it that planned future projects included a software solution for the 79 drive. If you go back through the change logs on firmware toolbox, you'll see that has been in there since version 3.0, so I wouldn't get my hopes up to much.

Well i know of one way to get a fix without the passkey, I will just get mine modded with the passkey. Then everyone else with the 79 will love me lol. I know as soon as i pay to have mine modded the no passkey fix will be out, so merry christmas everyone.
