Banning on Live again?

I heard over on Xbox Scene that they are banning people again on live. Cofree, or anyone else, are you guys online right now? Is it safe to play. Is anyone playingon live and not banned? Let me know, post here if your on live and your are not banned.

none of my people have been banned
SO FAR
i played on live for about 5 hours last night.

so cofree or anyone, do you think that this is probably the same thing as about 2 or 3 weeks ago with the disc jitter possibly still messed up and bad kreon rips?

im just sitting back and waiting to see what.the guys come up with.
