Case Cuts
I have just bought a Talismoon Window Cutting Tool what I think ( or Hope ) will work good for straight cuts but does anyone have a suggestion for making a curved cut to a Xbox 360 case? I am afraid that if I use a Dremel I will only melt the plastic not cut it, or if it does cut it then it might chip the plastic.... So if anyone has any experience or a thought I would love to hear it.

http://forums.llamma.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=24077" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Some people say dremel and one guy in this post says coping saw and sand paper but then gets his man hood takin from his by another guy saying thats retarded which... it is. So IMO DREMEL. Exp.: I had my old case and used the dremel went smooth and fine.
