compatibility

hi guys i was wondering if any 1 has tried doing any 360's with windows 7 as i am thinking of updateing my os and would hate to have compatibilty issues ? thought you might know of any ??

cofree is that "NOT 1" as in it fine or "NOTi" as in u aint tried it ???

I'll take a bet on cofree meant he hadn't tried it. Me neither but i'm sure i've read guys using it with no problems even though they've had some with Vista.

i saw someone post that they couldnt flash with windows 7,but thats all i know..try doin a search here for windows 7,and it may bring it up
flash all phat's and slim drives upto 1175fw.awaiting delivery of cr3lite

If your going to be using windows 7 get ready to have alot of problems you cant fix.. I know for a fact you can flash xbox with it but anytime you use a operating system that isn't released yet your going to have problems..

yep i know but i had to try it ... anyways its on and running very nicely gona set it up for flashing tomorrow (or l8r today) 8-) ... it seems to be a fluid os all drivers have been found automatically no need for the searching it even found my via card driver (shocked :o ). got a free beta key from m/s...........just waiting for the probs to start..if they do...but i will let you know the outcome

well after a day and nite i gota say that the win7 is a very nice os but like pista (i mean vista) has a few probs... for me i couldnt get the dual screen to function properly, or install portio :( so im going back to xp... dont say "i told you so" cos i had to try the new os :twisted: :oops:

Im sure things will be different when Windows 7 is finally released and has been around for a while. Then people will start making lots more software thats compatible with it.

But at the moment its still early days.
