I follwed and made a back up of my usb after the dos read like the video stated. I then patched the mtk in iprep. then I ran the firmware again..//but at writing 1 it froze..and like a jackass I rebooted my computer. what do I do to rewrite the firmware? it keeps saying directory already exists.

well you did not say what kind of drive you have.
this works for the benq and the samsung
if you have a bad flash you need to do this
i hope you have a copy of your orig firmware.

all is well! played bunch of backups on my 360...one question..I didnt dissconnect my 2 dvd burners on my desktop...will I have a problem? I did disconnect my harddrive and booted from my usb drive.

no it will be fine

if you have a sata cd/dvd drive or a sata hard drive it will lock up firmtool/samtool when it goes to build your hacked firmware.so the best thing is to just unhook all your drives.

only the hard drive was sata the dvd drives werent. I was wondering because I burned 3 games and only one was good...has to be the made in india verbs. thanks for all the help!
