Robin Hoods Playground

I have very little experience flashing xbox drives and my luck is i have a lite on drive.
I have a brand new computer running 64 vista and do not have a com port and cannot install porti032 is there any way i can flash my drive?????
I would hate to think the money i spent on the ck3 and probe were a total waste.

Buy a cheap older computer like a pent 4 with serial cable on the back reformat the hard drive with windows xp and your basic flashing programs install your via chip set. The serial cable will be better than the usb that u are trying to use now. Hope this helps.
