Hi

red light coming out from the CK3 pro what does it mean ?

in Coffree's tutorial i see the CK3 pro shown a blue light

there is a swith mode but i dont know what the blue light and the red light mean

and i whould press on mode or not ?

because i am not pressing on it and the light showed up red

i was testing the CK3 yesterday and i noticed that

today i am going to dump my firmware

BTW is it ok jut to dump the firmware not to flash ?

because i dont want to flash it today

is it ok just to dump and keep a good copy of my firmware without flashing direct ?

Means you have the ModeB switch depressed. click it again and it will go blue (modeB off) And yeah its ok just to dump it and save the key. (maybe dump it a couple of times just to be safe and email it to yourself in case your pc hd ever crashes or something)

Mode B is used just for Hitachis (not the 78s or 79s though) but it is redundant if you are using jungleflasher as it does it for you.

nope. Make sure the led is blue and you're good to go.

you must be prepared to flash though as sometimes in Jungle Flasher your drive WILL lock up even if your just in the dumping stages. If that happens you must use dosflash/iPrep to recover.
