Lite-On Freezing

Trying to unlock Lite-On Drive, i m using the how to Video and everything is working fine but right when i m in dosflash and get to the point of either erasing or writing it just freezes on block 0 ( the first one it tries to do ) anyone had this before ?
did the write this time, and it said Erasing ... OK! Erasing Finnished! then went to Writing Bank 0 ... and just freezes at this point .. any ideas ?

Are you using the CK3 and probe or did you solder it? Have you tried Jungle flasher?

first time i did it i used the probe and with Jungleflasher and it frooze there aswell, so then i tried dosflash and it did the same thing.

When using the "l-o-eras.exe xxxx" command what does it return each time?
My edit ....
xxxx = the port your drive is connected to

it was the same as the video for unlocking. something like FF80 then FF72 i then power off hit y then power back on it finds the drive no problem then right when i say write it freezes as Bank 0 each time.

What type of computer are you using? I wonder if it could be the sata port causing the problem.

if your getting 72 then you should be there...have not seen this before.

i was using the external port on my Via Sata card i believe it was B880 i just moved the cable to the internal port BC00 and it worked no problems.
Hopefully this will help someone else.

Glad you got it...
This applies to any sata you might be trying to flash with.... Always use the primary port
