It's mostly a beat-em up game with a really violent twist. You get points specifically for chaining attacks, like putting a tire on a guy, then sticking a pole through him, then smashing him on a wall of spikes. The controls are a little flimsy when aiming your attacks, but all in all a pretty fun game.
The design is fresh and makes the action enjoyable, including some fun bosses. The first level has rain which is kinda annoying in the black and white style but it's gone after level 1.
