Textbook program needed

anyone give me a download link to textbook or that other one on how to flash 360 for noobs.
i lost mine on download, thanks.
btw u shud put on the topic 360 programs, so ppl can download.

I'm not sure what program he uses, I think it's slax 2.1 and FW Toolbox. And
