I was tinkering around under my 360's hood and I don't know what I did. My fan I was using or at least half the fan I was using stopped working I tried another fan I had laying around and that one only half works also anyone have a idea what I did? Oh by the way I was adding a LED to it and the wire fried to LED not the fan when it stopped working I think that was it but how would I fix it?

It sounds like you fried part of the speed controller circuit. There's really only one way of fixing it and that's testing the components until you find the bad one and replacing it.

You might be able to find a schematic somewhere but good luck as I've haven't been able to yet.

What I've done in the past was hooked up two 360's next to each other on my work bench and tested identical components on each system to see if there was a difference. You'll have to allow for some tolerance variances. But If you're getting 16V at the power port on one and like 9 on the other then you've got a real problem. It doesn't have to be that severe but at least it gives you an idea on what to look for.
