WBFS File Manager is a program that runs on your computer. You can connect a device that has been formatted to the WBFS file system and stores Wii Backup games to be used by USB Loader. You can use it to format drives, whether flash drives or USB HDD's. Transfer games, remove games, rename games and a few more tricks. It's available for x86 and x64 so pick the right version. Runs on XP and Vista.
