i just put my hitachi dvd drive back to the factory bin file without any troubles, now im trying to update the firmware to 1.51 but when i open up firmware toolbox 4.8 it only lets me load 1.41 by the looks of it where do i put the new 1.51 bin files inside of toolbox to get it to write the latest bins ?

im not good with toolbox
one of the other guys will need to help with that

you could give jungle flasher v1.59 a try

I would not recommend FWTB for Hits as the new JF takes the guesswork out of everything....very good program to use with HITS. Think Automatic

if you do decide to use fwtb, you'll have to build your firmware in jf...

the only reason i use fwtb is simply because I can't get jf to dump/flash any hit no matter what I try...
