I have a Ben q drive in my xbox. I purchased a samsung s28 drive. I used iprep 8.9 and retrieved the key from the Ben q drive. I tried to use fsam and seial number to flash the drive and it says that there is no samcfw file and says to abort. Now do I need to buy a new Ben q drive or is there a way to create this file so that I can use the samsung drive.

you need to make the samcfw.bin file.i would suggest using jungleflasher.load the benofw.bin file into source in the firmtool tab and load the ixtreme1.5.1 samcfw.bin file in the target box then click spoof source to target.it will inject the benq key into the samcfw.bin file, then flash your ms28 with the file..

litte more info
if you need it.

source firmware would be the dump you just got from the benq
target would be the new v1.51 samsung firmware and click spoof to target
then click save file
save that file as samcfw.bin
now put that in the backup>1234567>12345 folder on the flash that iprep made
boot back on the flash
now flash like normal
when at the command prompt run
fsam 1234567 12345
and it will flash in the hacked, spoofed samsung firmware.
