Hey, ok guys this prolly totally off subject but just wanna see if any one could help so i wake up this morning about to get it in with some tiger woods :lol: :lol: so i turn on my tv and to my surprise :o :o it has like these red blurs i guess or red lines on it :x :x im pissed does anyone know what it could be i hoping just a bulb but wit my luck prolly something expensive ohh yea no more warranty either so im on my own

Sounds like one of the color tubes died. This happened on a rear-projection screen I used to have. The red one went bad, it was like $400 so I pitched the TV. Hope yours turns out better ;)

Give me a few minutes dude, my buddy is the manager of a large electronics store and they do a ton of repair on DLP's and the like, I'll give him a call real quick.

Hey man, sorry to say, but my buddy said that it's either the mirror assembly or the image engine. Both very expensive to replace.

thanks for checking that out for me...i called and i could of sworn my warranty ran up but there saying its not SAWEEETTT!!! :D :D im not gonna argue with that lol so i guess im good for now thanxs again guys
