help my ms28 never gets detected using via 6421a

im flashing using iprep v9 and iextreme1.6. i tried unplugging all drives but it never detects the ms28. im using 5.20c driver. i tried the latest and it doesnt work. what do i do to get it to detect? i dont have any blaster executer thing. i've flashed an ms29 before about a year ago with this same setup but now it wont work.

I use via_raid_v530c.zip as it is recommended by most to be the appropriate driver. I'm not sure if it will be your savior but can't hurt to give it a shot. Have you tried using JungleFlasher also?

Where would i download that driver from. I'm not having any luck at all getting my PC to detect drives through my sata card.
